Volunteer Calendar
Important Things to Know
  • Every volunteer, regardless of age, must register ahead of time.  To sign up family members, log out of your account, then create/login to a spouse's/child's profile. You may use one email address for multiple people.
  • Click on a specific shift for detailed information that includes shift description and age requirements. Same day sign up is not available due to planning purposes.
  • All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and must have a Youth Consent Form on file.
  • You will be turned away if you are wearing improper footwear. Shoes must have closed toes and heels (no sandals, clogs, mules or high heels).
Organizing a Group
  • Minimum group size is 5. If less than 5, each volunteer must sign up as an Individual.
  • Determine if there is space for your group: "Available to groups: X" indicates the total number of spots available for individuals within a group, not the number of groups. Select a shift where this number is equal to or greater than the number of people in your group. We reserve spots for Individuals who are not associated with groups, so "Total Spots" is often larger than "Available to Groups" spots.
  • Group leader: Once you select a shift from the calendar, you will be prompted to either login or create a profile for yourself before you are able to reserve spots for your group.
  • Chaperone requirements: Click HERE for the number of chaperones needed for youth groups.
  • Coming with a group that's been organized by someone else: Do not use this calendar to sign up! Your group leader will either send you a unique web link so you can register with the group, or they will add you to their roster.
